Shipping Fee & Carrier:

$5 Flat Rate Shipping Fee For All US Continental Purchases.

Currently I am using USPS Small Packaging or Priority Mail as the studio’s shipping carrier. Both will include tracking information.

Processing time:

Processing time will vary. Many of my designs/products are currently in stock & will ship within 2-3 business days from purchase. If you purchase a custom or pre-order design, I will email you the projected shipping date once your order is placed. It usually takes about 4-5 business days from order placed until shipping will occur.

Estimated shipping:

North America: 2-5 business days

PLEASE NOTE: The flat rate shipping fee of $5 is for US continental shipping addresses only. If you leave outside the continental US, please contact me prior to purchase, for there will be additional fees that you will be billed for. Below is a list of estimated shipping times for outside the US.

United Kingdom: 3-6 weeks

Europe: 3-6 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS and your local packaging carrier.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

SHIPPING DELAYS: If - in general - there is to be a delay in the shipping once your purchase is made…due to weather conditions, sickness, vacation, or any other personal matters…an announcement will be featured at the top of the home page. You will also receive an email in regards to this matter and when you can expect shipping to occur.

Exchange Policy…and Lost or Stolen Packages:

I gladly accept exchanges only.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.

Exchange will not be sent until return is received & reviewed.

Please be aware that this process can take up to 3 weeks from original purchase made to exchange received.

I don't accept returns or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Buyer’s Responsibility:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Upon Delivery:

If your purchase arrives damage, please contact me for the studio’s proper procedure process. You will need to submit photos of all damage (of purchase items & packaging) for review. If shipping insurance was purchased/included, you will be advised to contact the shipping carrier for reimbursement.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

PLEASE NOTE: Mei Faith Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking notification has been sent and the package has been picked up from my studio, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe/secure place at your delivery address.
